The Graham Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying the person captured in these photos. The suspect reportedly broke into a car in South Graham Park today and committed credit card fraud at the Walmart on Graham Hopedale Rd.
The suspect may have a tattoo on their hand and was traveling in the car pictured in the photo.

Green Level Man Faces Felony Indecent Liberties With A Child

On Monday, May 15, 2023, Special Victims Unit Investigators received a report of a sexual assault on James Boswell Rd., Green Level, N.C. SVU Investigators and an on-call DSS Social Worker made contact with the juvenile who identified the suspect as Rico Snow Richardson.
A forensic interview was conducted with the victim at Crossroads in Burlington, N.C. Based on the results of the forensic interview and evidence gathered by SVU Investigators, warrants were granted by the Magistrate’s Office for the arrest of Mr. Richardson.
On Wednesday, May 17, 2023, Mr. Richardson was arrested and transported to the Alamance County Detention Center. This case remains under investigation.

Charges: 1ct: Felony Indecent Liberties with a Child, 1ct: Felony Statutory Sexual Offense with a Child Under 15 Years Old.

On May 7th, 2023, at approximately 1:30 AM, two unknown subjects stole a vehicle from the area of Springwood Avenue. The vehicle is described as a yellow 2000 Volkswagen Beetle with multicolored daisies on the back bumper, along with yellow daisies on the wheels. The plate that was on the vehicle at the time it was stolen is NANAZBUG.
