BURLINGTON, NC—

On September 24th 2018, Contessica Mercedes Terry was reported missing. Terry was last seen in May of 2018. Terry was last seen leaving her residence in the 600-blk of Ross St on the morning of May 19, 2019. Since that time Terry has not made contact with any family or friends. Terry is described as a black female, 28 years of age who is approximately 5’4” and 150lbs. She has black hair, brown eyes and as a tattoo on her back of the word “chocolate”. Terry has been entered missing with the CUE Center for Missing Persons and the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System. The Burlington Police Department is continuing to investigate this missing person’s case and is actively seeking the help of anyone who may have information that could lead to locating Ms. Terry.

The Burlington Police Department continues to seek anyone with information regarding the disappearance of Contessica Mercedes Terry. Through the course of the investigation, it is believed that she was last seen at the apartment complex, located at 1711 Whitsett Street in Burlington, NC on May 29th, 2018.

On 04-30-2021 this suspect broke and entered a motor vehicle in the parking lot of Coy’s Exxon located at 1846 N. Church St. in Burlington, NC.  He then stole a book bag and other items from the vehicle.  Photos are attached of the suspect and the suspect’s black truck.

Haw River Police Department 
 
HAW RIVER, NC – On April 24, 2021 at 6:35 pm, the Haw River Police Department responded to the CVS Pharmacy located at 1009 West Main Street with a report of a Larceny. Upon arrival, officer found that multiple items were stolen from the store.
Suspect was described as 30- 45 years old White Female, brown long curly hair, wearing a black mask, black long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and gray knee-high boots (see attached photo). Suspect left in an early 2000’s Red Honda CR-V with an unknown driver.
The Haw River Police Department is actively seeking anyone with information regarding this investigation and the identity of this female.
